I'm Brandy O'Brien, and I've spent 20+ years helping families and businesses across North Idaho protect what matters most. I started my career at Farmers Insurance, where my team earned Presidential Status 10 years running. That taught me the fundamentals — but I always knew I wanted more.
I brought that experience to Armstrong Insurance Agency, starting at 40% ownership of my book. I showed up six days a week, often 70 hours, and built something real — client by client, relationship by relationship. Over time, my book grew to become the largest in the agency, and I earned 100% ownership. That work and those client relationships are what O'Brien Insurance Services is built on.
Today I'm independent, which means I shop across 10+ carriers — Travelers, Safeco, Progressive, Nationwide, Hartford, and more — to find what actually fits your situation and your budget.
